Fresh Face & Glowy

Let's start off right with a fresh face ‘natural’ makeup look for the new year. A mixture of both high end and drugstore products this look has to be my go to for this early morning runs - going university, work you name. 

For my skin, in order for me to really get that ‘no makeup makeup fresh face,’ I usually work the products into my skin using my fingers. It might be gross for some, however, I found that while doing this the warmth from my fingers really works the product really well into my skin giving me a more natural finish! - try this girl. 

With that being said I basically try and apply all of my products I use with my fingers - concealer, bronzer, highlight and blush. As my skin is very dry, I attempt to stick to using creams and liquid products during the day. For this look I went with a light - medium coverage foundation - mac face and body foundation. For concealer, I used my new 'Delilah fade away concealer in Cashmere and worked that into the skin with my fingers.

For my lips and cheeks, I usually research for the 'Benetint Lip & Cheek Stain', it blends really well into the skin giving you a really healthy flushed glow to the skin. For highlight, I went in with a new product by Soap and glory - Peach Party highlighter. Super affordable and really pigmented (must try!)

It’s 2017 and I still don’t know what to do with my brows, I feel like I’ve tried every shape, product and technique but I’m still not happy with them.

I’ve been trying this new (it's actually quite old) technique with setting my brows in shape and place with soap and so far I’m liking it - gives me great volume in my brows and keeps them put all day using the Soap and glory brow archery. Then finally setting everything with the Caudalie Grape water spray - amaaazing product.
