New post but not a new look. Happy New year Angels.
Entering a new decade, I’ve been so grateful for the opportunities that the last year has brought me, so much has happened through the last few years, small milestones that have continued to push me forward - graduating, designing for amazing companies, being able to collaborate with brands I couldn't even imagine. A little less than a decade ago,2012 I started a blog which has pretty much changed my life. As long as I've been blogging and navigating in the beauty industry, I started this decade hopeful and excited about what's to come for me this new year. I originally started to write this post trying to offer some insight into some of my New Year’s resolutions and tips to how I plan to stick to them and well trying to create a lasting change in my life. Then I thought naah - this time round I just want to say this: WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WASN'T AFRAID. WHAT IS STOPPING YOU (simple).
Understand what you want this year, but know that happiness is the ultimate goal. It starts in daily choices, and not new year resolutions (as easier as it is said than done) - it begins on any day you decide to start - so start!
For this look, I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills and Jackie Aina collaboration palette, when I first received this in the mail, I was super excited to try it out and it definitely lived up to the expectations and the hype online, and I have been using it since. I shot this last year and noticed I didn't post it up so here it is - will do better lol - that's one of the aims for the year *winks*.
